Spring Break Reads: 70+ great books for kids and teens, as recommended by librarians

With two weeks of Spring Break ahead, Lower Mainland kids who love to read will find an embarrassment of riches at their local public library branches. Lower Mainland kids have let us know that their ideal spring break includes helping their parents around the house, attending educational camps, and boning up on their calculus and cursive writing. And sure. We believe them. But for the small percentage of kids who would rather laze around dreaming, never get out of their pyjamas, and maybe practise astral projecting to fantastical realms beyond their own, we reached out to local librarians for help.
